Challenges
Josh’s core responsibilities
As an IT Manager at Canada’s Restoration Services (a Toronto based restoration company), Josh is a very busy guy. He’s constantly juggling all sorts of critical tasks – dealing with things like network and data security, new installations, staff access, workflow maintenance and crisis management.
In addition to his core responsibilities, Josh is expected to manage multiple, non-compatible office printers to make sure month-end reports, invoices and statements are scheduled and released in a timely fashion.
Stuff that Josh doesn’t want to be bother with:
Spending countless hours placing orders for consumables, dealing with device downtimes and repairs, requisitioning spare parts, etc.
