Pcounter effectively optimizes the management of devices such as printers and MFPs while reducing the waste across the enterprise by making the appropriate personnel accountable for what is being printed or copied.
The Pcounter solution is fully customizable, and scales to the size or need of each and every client. Pcounter tracks and monitors all prints, copies, scans and faxes. Each device can use its own pricing model for both color and black and white copies or prints. An optional popup is configurable for authentication, if needed. Rules and enforcement of charge-back or quota limits can also be applied.
